The process of finding health care providers that provide affirming care is typically a difficult and exhausting process for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks.

 

This database is composed of individuals that chose to fill out our extensive survey, in order to become a part of our affirming practitioner community so queer people have an easier time finding the care we need.
