Support Groups

Spectrum center is currently offering support groups for trans youth and their caregivers.

Our groups are led by licensed behavioral health professionals and offered free of charge.

2SLGBTQIA+ Youth

Open to young people between 13 and 17 years of age.

Next Support Group: Tuesday, December 2nd 2025

2SLGBTQIA+ Adult

Open to 18+

Next Support Group: Wednesday, November 19th 2025

*This group will be sunsetting December 2025*

Parents and Caregivers of Trans* and Gender Expansive Youth

Open to anyone who is raising or supporting Transgender, Nonbinary, Two-Spirit,

and Gender Expansive Youth

Next Support Group: Monday, November 24th 2025

*Parents and Caregivers of Trans* and Gender Expansive Youth will be on hold for December*
